Wade& Appoints Raun Damani as Chief Operating Officer
Vancouver, BC (May 4, 2026) — Wade& announced the appointment of Raun Damani as Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a pivotal milestone in the company’s continued growth and expansion into the United States market.
Damani is a seasoned management consultant with deep expertise across financial services, bringing a proven track record in regulatory implementation, payments transformation, change management, and strategic program delivery to the firm’s leadership team.

In his new role, Damani will oversee Wade&’s day-to-day operations and play a central part in scaling the firm’s service delivery across both Canadian and U.S. financial institutions. He joins Wade& with extensive experience that spans cost-saving initiatives, payment program implementations, and the development of a LIBOR transition roadmap for a global bank – a portfolio of work that reflects both regulatory rigour and operational execution.
